Counted separately

  • A new vocal performance or official live session
  • A no-drums, instrumental or a cappella master
  • An officially credited remix or sped-up version
  • A genuinely different co-billed recording

Grouped with the original

  • A single later placed unchanged on an EP or mixtape
  • The “N.I.T.S” single and “Nights In The Sun” project master
  • A project page that repeats the same song master
  • A compilation appearance without a new performance

What recordings are included?

The archive includes Odeal’s principal releases, tracks from jointly credited early EPs, guest and co-billed singles, and officially issued alternate versions.

Why are some singles not counted twice on a project?

The same master remains one recording even when it first appears as a single and is later placed on an EP, mixtape or album.

Why are no-drums and instrumental versions separate?

They were issued as distinct official tracks and present a materially different production or vocal configuration.

Is the Apple Music DJ mix counted as 56 Odeal songs?

No. It is one continuous curated programme containing music by many artists, so the archive represents the mix once as a public project.
