Counting rules

When a version becomes a separate entry

The deciding question is whether the release contains a distinct master, remix, performance or commissioned project.

Counted separately

  • Official remixes, VIP and extended mixes
  • Distinct instrumental versions
  • Co-billed recordings and guest features
  • Commissioned remixes made for other artists

Grouped with the original

  • The same master appearing on a later compilation
  • Single and album appearances with no audio change
  • Format-only rereleases
  • Playlist and archival reposts

Questions

Ninajirachi catalogue FAQ

Notes on scope, duplicate releases and research limits.

What recordings are included?

Official main-artist releases, standalone collaborations, commissioned remixes, official alternate versions and selected public projects with reliable documentation.

Why are some singles not counted twice on an album?

The catalogue is recording-level. The same master is one entry even when it appears first as a single and later on an EP, album or compilation.

Does this include unreleased or leaked tracks?

No. This revision is restricted to officially documented public material and does not link to or catalogue leaked audio.

Why are DJ sets listed separately?

They are public performance or commissioned-project documents, not ordinary standalone song masters, so they have their own classification.
