Counting rules

When a version becomes a separate entry

The deciding question is whether the release documents a distinct recording, performance or artist credit.

Usually counted separately

  • A different Aitch verse or vocal performance
  • A standalone freestyle or promotional recording
  • A remix with a new Aitch contribution
  • A separately credited project or collaboration track

Usually grouped with the original

  • Clean, radio or shortened edits of the same master
  • Remasters and format-only reissues
  • Remixes that only reuse the existing Aitch vocal
  • Repeated appearances on compilations or playlists

Questions

Aitch catalogue FAQ

Quick explanations for the archive’s scope and counting decisions.

What kinds of recordings are included?

The archive includes Aitch-led album and EP tracks, standalone singles, co-lead releases, features, guest verses, freestyles and distinct documented remixes.

What is treated as an Aitch-led release?

A release where Aitch is the principal artist or one of the named co-lead artists, including tracks that also feature a guest.

How are features classified?

A feature is a substantial Aitch performance on a release led by another artist. Shared singles may be classified as co-leads when the billing supports that treatment.

Are album singles counted twice?

No. A song normally appears once even when it was first issued as a single and later included on an album or EP.

Are remixes counted separately?

Only when the remix contains a distinct Aitch contribution or is an independently credited performance. Same-vocal edits are normally grouped.

Is the catalogue exhaustive?

It is a best-effort, public-source catalogue reviewed through 1 August 2026. Early, regional or lightly documented appearances may still require additional evidence.
